Theater's COVID Requirements for All Patrons

In accordance with requirements contained in federal, state, and local health orders, the San Francisco War Memorial and Performing Arts Center (War Memorial) requires the following:

War Memorial requires that all patrons age twelve (12) and older provide proof of vaccination. Vaccine proof will be checked against photo ID (required for age 18+ years) to verify matched identity. The theater will not make accommodations for medical reasons or sincerely-held religious beliefs from patrons. If a patron cannot be vaccinated because they are under the age of twelve (12), a negative test result will be accepted in lieu of proof of vaccination (conducted within 48 hours of the event for PCR tests, or within 24 hours of the event for at-home antigen [rapid] tests).

To summarize, here are the requirements for entry based on age:

In addition, all patrons must wear well-fitted masks that cover their nose, mouth, and chin when inside the facility unless they are actively eating or drinking. Gators, kerchiefs, and other coverings of similar types do not meet the definition of a well-fitted mask. Well-fitted masks may be removed while actively eating or drinking, and patrons are urged to be seated at a table or positioned at a stationary counter or place while eating or drinking. Cafe tables for eating and drinking are available throughout the venue.
